Since graduating university with a Bachelor of Business Studies I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled around the world and worked in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. I’ve been using social media for business since 2008 and boy, what a ride it’s been. I’ve seen major platform changes, the ‘next big thing’ in social media come and go but fundamentally, not much has changed. The heart of social media is people - something that many businesses forget.
